• This committee shall not include the Treasurer.

Primary Tasks and Completion times for this Committee

• This committee shall review the transaction and financial reports from the Treasurer in regular mini-audits, at least once per quarter, but generally at a meeting just prior to the Board meeting.
• Shall review bank statements, financial reports, and reconciliation
• Prepare a written report for submittal to the plenary session.
