Primary Tasks and Completion times for this Committee

• Keep a record of the current Association membership.
• Be responsible for mailing all paid-up members a packet consisting of concert tickets, brochures of concerts, roster of Association membership and Board Officers, the President's annual letter and names of Patron Plan contributors.
• Be accountable for all subscription money, promptly deposit all money received in the bank account designated by the Board and forward related reports to the Treasurer.
• In the event it becomes necessary to recruit new Association members, the Board shall appoint a sub-committee under the Membership Chairperson to organize and carry out a membership campaign.
• The Membership Committee shall receive an appropriate monetary stipend as determined by the Board.
