Duties
- Serve as advisor and final arbitrator in all matters of parliamentary procedure, using Robert's Rules of Order , revised, as a guide.
- Ensure that the proceedings conducted by the Board are in conformance with the Constitution and Bylaws.
- Serve as an ex-officio member of the Bylaws Committee.
