Duties:

  1. Keep minutes of all the meetings.
  2. Prepare a list of all board members (including officers and chairpersons) containing their home addresses, e-mail adddresses and telephone numbers. A copy shall be distributed to the Board Members present at the first meeting of the year and mailed to absent members prior to the second Board meeting.
  3. Prepare and send copies of all meeting minutes to the Executice Committee and to Board Members not less than five (5) days prior to the next Board meeting.
  4. Keep an attendance record of all meetings of the Board.
  5. Prepare a list of Board Members who have missed three (3) consecutive regularly scheduled meetings and submit it to the President.
