Primary Tasks for this Committee

• Reserve an auditorium for each concert.
• Ensure that a tuned grand piano and/or other specified instruments are available for performing artists.
• Ensure proper stage setting, lighting and audio systems, including qualified operators.
• Ensure that suitable dressing areas are available for the artists.
• Ensure that appropriate refreshments are provided for the artists.
• Deliver printed concert programs to the Greeting Committee at each concert.
• Welcome artists upon their arrival.
• If the artists are performing an outreach program for students, shall make arrangements with a local school district and the designated school involved and provide assistance to the artists as needed.
• Arrange for photographic coverage of outreach programs to provide historical documentation of community service programs.
