• Welcome to the first concert of the 59th season of the GCCA.

  • Without the element of uncertainty, the bringing off of even the greatest business triumph would be a dull, routine, and eminently unsatisfying affair.

• If we use that quote as a guide, the last year has been anything but dull, routine and unsatisfying. But the fact that we are here tonite is proof that we were successful at navigating through machinations by City Hall.

• I want to acknowledge our volunteer Board of Directors, will you please stand.
• Also, the members of the past board, please stand.
• And, all the workers of our membership campaign, please stand.

• ECPAC Update:
  • The City is negotiating with CCT, as expected, and it appears they will be the new managers of the theater.

• Announcements
  • A representative of the Women's Committee is available in the Lobby.
  • The Women's committee has been a supportive auxilliary for many years.
  • In cooperation with our Scholarship Committee,
    • They hold various fund raising events and auditions of local talent
    • culiminating in an amazing free recital
  • Their next event is on Oct ____ Musicale
