• Primary Function: Hand out brochures and welcome attendees as they enter.

Primary Tasks for this Committee

• Ensure appropriate greeting of Association members at scheduled concerts.
• Ensure that an accurate count is made of all those attending concerts.
• Provide “Reserved” and Board Member cards at each concert.
• Assist the Hospitality Chairperson in greeting attendees at special functions.
