Recently, membership lists were maintained, mostly by hand, by Margaret Robinson, for about 24 years. In 2003-5, Bob Letson automated much of this process using computers. Mailings are generally performed by volunteers. More recently, further streamlined this function.

• AllStates Mailing Services: can provide mailing services if the association decides to hire this out, which probably is not necessary.
