Primary Tasks and Completion times for this Committee

A Nominating Committee of five (5) Board members shall be appointed by the President. The Nominating Committee Chairperson shall: * Present the Nominating Committee's slate of recommended Officers and Board members to the Board at the last meeting of the fiscal year.

• Nominate only those persons who, after being contacted, have consented to serve and regularly attend Board meetings.
• Immediately following their election, notify those who have been elected. In addition, notify those Board members whose terms have expired.
• Continue to serve until a new Nominating Committee is appointed. In the event vacancies on the Board occur during the year, recommend nominees to fill such vacancies.
