The purpose of the Patron Plan is to fund music scholarships and the outreach program. The Patron Plan Committee shall provide assistance to the Patron Plan Director in developing and maintaining programs supportive to the purposes of the Plan.

Primary Tasks and Completion times for this Committee

• Monitor the Patron Plan funds
• Accept patron plan donations
• Send thank you letters to patrons.
• Track donation levels
