Primary Tasks and Completion times for this Committee

• Preview artists for future concerts with consideration to obtaining a balance of quality, audience appeal, cost and availability.
• Recommend selection of artists to the Board for approval.
• Recommend artists for outreach programs to students in local schools for Board approval.
• Maintain liaison with the appropriate theatrical agent to ensure the booking of selected artists.
