Typical Audience Preparing to Enjoy a Concert |
Founded in 1947, this Community Concert Association is proud to offer
memberships for a wide variety of instrumental music, vocalists, dance, and even uncategorized performances. From
classical chamber music to customary folk music and dance from around the
world, the Grossmont Community Concert Association brings the best of many
themes.
We always sell out of annual memberships to the excellent
East County Performing Arts Center (ECPAC), located in downtown El Cajon. Members are
provided with a wide array of artists, and we can avoid extraneous promotional
costs that would be associated with selling each individual concert. Artists
are appreciative of a full-house in a hall which provides excellent sound quality
throughout, and of the Steinway Concert Grand piano, provided as a gift by the
Women's Committee to
ECPAC.
Typically, we have six concerts per year which are paid for by membership fees. The
Patron Plan funds music scholarships and the local outreach program.
You may walk-up to any concert and purchase tickets for $15 per seat on availability basis!
