Primary Tasks for this Committee

• Oversee and/or compose and place all publicity related to concerts of the Association in newspapers or other media.
• Maintain liaison with the appropriate theatrical agency and its' representatives to obtain timely information regarding artists for scheduled concerts.
• Maintain liaison with the production house that produces season concert brochures.
• Be responsible for the preparation and printing of concert programs; ensure delivery of concert programs to the Greeting Committee.
• Ensure the maintenance of the Association’s web site: “gccaweb.org”.
